Whistleblowing

The LOTTE Packaging Solutions Whistleblower Channel is a communication platform established to support ethical management and business improvement at LOTTE Packaging Solutions. It is available to employees of LOTTE Packaging Solutions, as well as customers, shareholders, and stakeholders of partner companies who engage with LOTTE Packaging Solutions. We make every effort to ensure that whistleblowers do not suffer any disadvantages or retaliation as a result of submitting a report. All such protections are enforced in accordance with our internal regulations (Code of Ethical Conduct).

Important Notes

In principle, reports should be submitted under your real name; however, anonymous reporting is possible if unavoidable.

For anonymous reports, investigation is possible only when concrete and objective facts can be verified.

You must not submit false reports for the purpose of defaming or slandering others.

Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information

The user confirms that the personal information below is accurate and agrees to the collection and use of personal information as follows.

Personal information is used for identity verification, prevention of fraudulent or unauthorized use, complaint handling, and delivery of notices related to the whistleblowing service.

2. Items of Personal Information Collected

Required items - Reporter's name, company name, contact information (email, mobile phone), report type, name of the reported person, relevant department, report details Optional items - Position/title The following information may be generated and collected during service use or business processing. - Service usage records, access logs, cookies, access IP information
